Re: Business License Application for 826 Johnson Street
Thank you for your letter dated March 27, 2003, outlining your decision to
appeal the decision of Mr. Scoones to refuse a retail business license for
826 Johnson Street.
We advise that this matter will proceed to a public hearing on Thursday,
April 10, 2003, at 7:30 p.m.
For your reference, we have enclosed a copy of the following:
- Memorandum from Mr. Martignago to Mr. Scoones dated February 27, 2003.
- Letter dated March 21, 2003, from Mr. Scoones to the International Hempology
101 Society. - Business License Hearing Procedure list.
