Flourless Nut Balls (mild high)

Submitted by Kathleen Cherrington-Spark. Oven 250 LMix 1 1/2 cups ground almonds or ground pecans in a pot with 1 cup brown sugar, 1 egg white, and 1 1/2 teaspoons bud butter Stir over low heat. Cool. Shape into balls. Place on greased cookie sheet. Bake 55 mins. Leave on sheet until cool.
