Easy Oatmeal Cookies

- 3 cups pot butter
- 3 cups packed brown sugar
- 6 cups instant oats
- 1 tablespoon baking soda
- 3 cups flour
- sugar
Combine all ingredients in large bowl. Knead with hands.Shape into balls and place on cookie sheet. Sprinkle sugar on top and press down.(use a buttered glass)Bake at 250 for 25 mins. Yields 15 dozen.
