2nd VIU Cannabis Convention Cancelled

The VIU Hempology 101 Club and the International Hempology 101 Society are regretful that the 2nd Cannabis Convention at Vancouver Island University, scheduled for March 20, 2011, is cancelled. We support the Vancouver Island University Faculty Association (VIUFA) and will not be crossing the picket line.
This strike has displaced students, making it impossible to provide a location that will ensure student attendance.
The VIU Hempology 101 Club looks forward to organizing future events, and will continue to work to educate the students of Vancouver Island University and community-at-large of the benefits of hemp-based industry, medical cannabis, and a repeal of prohibition laws.
