There will be several people speaking out against this bill at our rallies in Victoria. Simply standing with a sign that say “JOBS NOT JAILS” and “STOP S-10” is a great way to get people walking and driving by to think about the subject. Printing our copies of the phone jam handouts and cutting them up beforehand is critical. Everyone who comes to a rally should be given some handouts and asked to go somewhere and engage with people 1-on-1 with each pamphlet. Make sure everyone who gets one is going to use it and not throw it on the ground. In fact, it is best to go around where most of the handouts are being given out to make sure people have not just thrown it away.
