Dear Ms. Beaman:
This note is to confirm our phone conversation of earlier today. Regreatably, Cindy
Cripps-Prawak and I will have to postpone our presentation to the City of Victoria
on June 17, 2003. Cindy has been advised by her physician not to fly, due to
a medical condition.
We look forward to rescheduling the presentation but will have to defer until Cindy
has clearance to fly. In the meantime we will prepare an information package for the
mayor and councillors on the medical marihuana program.
