Dear Ms. Christofferson:
Re: Business License Application for 826 Johnson Street
Thank you for your letter dated March 27, 2003, outlining your decision to
appeal the decision of Mr. Scoones to refuse are tail business license for
826 Johnson Street.
We advise that this matter will proceed to a public hearing on
Thursday, April 10, 2003, at 7:30 p.m.
For your reference, we have enclosed a copy of the following:
- Memorandum from Mr. Martignago to Mr. Scoones dated February 27, 2003.
Letter dated March 21, 2003, from Mr. Scoones to the International Hempology
101 Society.
- Business License Hearing Procedure list.
