Kevin Arthur’s Testimony to Medical Marijuana

By Hempology | January 8, 2002

Kevin Arthur writes, “It was my first semester at high school and I had trouble fitting in. I
felt depressed, susidal and always getting into fights. I was expelled for fighting, my anger was out of control. I was later put in a phsyciatric ward and fed all sorts of drugs like Prozac, Paxil, Zoloft, and differnt tranqulizers. I felt worse and more lathargic, nothing was working. I wanted to lay down and die…..

…..One day I went on one of my depressed walks in the woods and ran into a guy I went to Jr. High with and he was smoking marijuana, he passed it on and I got stoned for a first. I kept on walking and found myself brainstorming all sorts of positive thoughts. I got a job and was completely happy with my life.

Five years later of POT smoking and it only gets better. I moved from Chicago to the cool city of San Diego and I’m studing for my SCUBA diving instructors license. I’ve heard a little of leagal marijuana in the area and would like to pursue it using this story and my papers from the phsyc ward.

If you have any advice or contacts, or if there is anything I can do to help the legalization, please write back.”
