Had a phone call from a lawyer in Vancouver today by the name of Frances Kelly at the Community Legal Assistance Society.
She wants testimonials from anyone who has experienced problems getting a doctor and/or specialist to sign their Health Canada MMAR forms.
She is proceeding in a human rights case against the College of Physicians and Surgeons of B.C. and doctors in regards to discrimination issues. The case will be held in Vancouver next year.
