April 10th’s City Council Minutes now online

The Victoria City Council has published the minutes for the April 10th, 2003 meeting on their website. They are in PDF format at http://www.city.victoria.bc.ca/cityhall/meetings_cmin.shtml. At this meeting, we presented our case before council, who ultimately rejected our application for a business license to allow us to legally sell books out of the Cannabis Buyers’ Club’s Victoria location.
