Columbia Daily Tribune November 9, 2004. A federal judge has sentenced an Ohio pilot who made an emergency landing at the Fulton airport last March with a cargo of 52 pounds of marijuana.

Ted Smith’s Pot Cookie Trial Postponed.

This Monday Nov. 8, to no ones surprise, Ted’s pot cookie trial was delayed until March of 2005. This trial is from an arrest nearly 4 years ago on Nov. 15, 2000, which is International Medical Marijuana Day. Ted Smith was arrested trying to give out 420 cookies on that day.
